Who we are
This site is operated by Anđela Stojanović PR Specijalizovane dizajnerske delatnosti i grafički dizajn The Shadow Legacy Niš, a Preduzetnik (sole proprietorship) registered in Republic of Serbia.
What we collect
When you submit the application, we collect your name, email, company, role, and the answers you give us. When you visit, our analytics records anonymized usage: pages, referrer, approximate region, device type.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to assess whether the engagement fits, and to understand which parts of this site are working. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Vanja and Andjela. HubSpot processes applications as our CRM (stored in the EU). Resend sends our email. Vercel hosts the site and its analytics. Each processes it on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Where it goes
The Shadow Legacy operates from Serbia. Our processors may store data in the United States and the European Union. By submitting the form you consent to that transfer.
How long we keep it
Applications are retained for two years. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, within thirty days.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to erase it. Write to hello@theshadowlegacy.com and we'll respond within thirty days.

Cookies
We use what's needed to run the site and to measure traffic: Vercel Analytics, which sets no cookies, and Google Analytics, which sets its own measurement cookies. In the EEA and UK those stay off unless you allow them from the cookie notice. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no third-party pixels.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
